The Finance Analyst will be supporting the Operations Business Partner and working alongside Senior Commercial people in the business. The role will support the business to ensure that the operations team understand the cost of each of the product lines and that they target appropriate improvements in the future. The role will ensure Supply Chain, Production Planning and Procurement are working in line with the set operational targets and KPIs. This is a role where candidates will be expected to crunch the numbers but also offer insightful advice and recommendations to the Operations team. The key objective is to ensure that the operations team understand their targets, actively use them to manage performance and are kept abreast of progress against targets. Ideally the candidate will possess a graduate degree and will be working towards a recognised accountancy qualification. The Finance Analyst must be experienced in a highly commercial or operational finance role working for an international (ideally FMCG or manufacturing) company operating several production processes.
