Email Campaign & Social Media Marketing Executive based in Huddersfield, £20-£25K depending on experience, 31 days holiday.Aura Print is a rapidly growing specialist digital printer based near Huddersfield town centre. We are a family owned business employing 16 people and have a turnover in excess of £1M. New products and overseas markets are driving our growth and we need a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in English and any other European language to aid our future growth plans. If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service we want to hear from you.The Role:As a core member of our marketing team you will be responsible for creating, delivering and growing a new email & social media marketing plan with measurable results tied to KPIs.You will liaise closely with our marketing and design team to ensure the tone and aim of all content is on brand and the plan you deliver matches the overall business goals in regard to new product releases, news, offers, growth and sales.Analyse data to gain insights that would change our approach to be more successful.This is a new role that will be supported by our marketing and design team however the role relies on you to provide the right, data driven strategy and implement this successfully.You will also guide and make suggestions on improvement of backend functionality or tools that will aid in implementing this new strategy.The Ideal Candidate:You will work closely with our marketing and design team to implement the email and social marketing plan developed by you and approved by our marketing manager.You will possess the following attributes:* Proven experience in an email marketing role (2-years experience with evidence of previous work)* Knowledge of email and social campaign software* Insight of the latest email and social marketing trends* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success* Close attention to details and confidence in creating an overall email and social strategy* Excellent communication, both verbal and written with great interpersonal skills* Good IT skills* Working to the highest quality standards* A solutions-focused problem solver offering continuous improvement whilst maintaining high levels of quality* Great team player with a positive focusAdditional experience in any of the following would be advantageous but not essential:* Building your own email templates in HTML* Knowledge of the print industry* Experience with Adobe suite* Knowledge of the Magento 2 platformIf the above sounds great and you’d love the opportunity for your good work to be recognised by a forward thinking, growing business with emerging overseas markets then get in touch.
