My client based in Huddersfield is now looking to recruit a Days Based, Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead up the implementation of Brand-New Automated Equipment. Due to company expansion my client is now looking to invest in new machinery, and thishas led to a new Electrical Engineer vacancy.Client DetailsBased in Huddersfield my client is a leading and growing manufacturing business who supply products across the UK. Due to company expansion they are now looking to recruit a highly qualified, driven Electrical Maintenance Engineer who will be will be responsiblefor providing engineering support to achieve the plant production targets as well as improving PPMs. My client is within manufacturing (Not Food) and they currently employ circa 120 employees on this site but also have large expansion plans.DescriptionReporting directly into the Operations Director you will be responsible for providing new improvements including automation equipment. You will also be responsible for providing engineering support to achieve the plant production targets including breakdownresponse times, PPM, Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives and Training. Other key tasks of the role include completing general engineering tasks, breakdown repairs, Contractor Liaison and carrying out cost effective maintenance routines and general repairsto prolong the useful life of the equipment.Key Tasks:
