Job Description

You will be working alongside our UI/UX Designer to conceptualise, design and implement new, user-centred, digital communication experiences. Role Description

  • Working with Technology colleagues, Clients and Customers to understand user needs
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to create engaging, innovative and creative digital customer experience designs
  • Translate UI/UX design wire-frames and high-res mock-ups into compelling, and simple user experiences that scale
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to maintain and extend our Design Systems
  • Implement re-useable Design System Web Controls using HTML5 & CSS/SCSS
  • Build modern, scalable web application interfaces for our internal tools
  • Support the delivery of interactive digital forms and customer communication apps with DNOW
  • Implement and maintain automated test suites in collaboration with QA colleagues
  • Participation in estimation, planning and progress review events with the wider development team
  • Presentation of designs and work outputs to all stakeholders and external clients
Competencies Essential

  • Understanding of NPM/Node usage in front-end development
