Job Description

Due to an exciting period of growth, I am recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work for one industry leading online retailer in the UK!As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering first time resolutions whilst assisting with various customer related queries such as orders, delivery and support. There is a fantastic earning potential with a basic salary starting from £19,691.10 with potential earnings up to £22,500 including a monthly bonus! What will you be doing * You will be first point of contact for all customer relates queries, such as inbound calls and emails. * Resolving customer complaints with first time resolutions.* Updating in house systems to update customer orders to reflect the status. * Where required, up sell and cross sell on products. * And most importantly, ensuring that you deliver excellent customer service at all times. What are we looking for* Candidates who have previously working within a Customer Service role within a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written * Experience working on various IT systems including in house systems. * Be motivated, resilient and have excellent attention to detail.The benefits of the role -* Basic salary of £19,691.10 with an earning potential of £22,500. * 22 days annual leave + bank holidays. * 40 hours per week (one day per weekend). * Competitive benefits such as staff discount up to 50%* Free on site parking* Pension contributions and much more!
