Course Operations and Assessments Assistant Human and Health Sciences£23,284 - £25,387 per annum, pro-rata HuddersfieldFixed term for 12 months18.5 hours per weekRef: R7335This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, highly organised and customer-focussed individual to join the Course Operations Team within the School of Human and Health Sciences. As one of the team’s Course Operations and Assessment Assistants, you will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to an allocated group of courses and students. You will be responsible for ensuring such activities are implemented in aprofessional, effective and student-focussed manner. You will be organised, motivated and have a willing, flexible approach to support the team as required. You will also be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectivelywith a wide range of individuals and be able to work successfully as part of a team, with the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships that support delivery of team objectives. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks, attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and to take a logical approach to problem solving to ensure that all tasks are executed in a timely manner, to deadline and to the highest ofstandards. It is essential to have experience of providing excellent customer service as well as administrative experience and working in a busy office environment. Experience of minuting meetings or reports is highly desirable, as is experience of workingwith computerised record systems and an ability to learn new systems. You will need GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications. If you fit the above description, we want to hear from you.
