Job description We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor who is driven by pride and passion, always does the right thing and inspires loyalty and trust in a team and products.What will you be doingAs a customer service advisor youll spend your time on the phone, talking to customers about the accident damage that they have on their vehicle and assigning one of our 300+ repairer locations to conduct repairs.In addition, you will speak to our repairers, booking in repairs and securing updates on how repairs are progressing.Enthusiasm is vital, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great customer experience as your first. Youll need resilience and empathy too - you will be speaking to someone who needs repairs to their car after an accident,including customers who are vulnerable and need to be reassured youre there to help.Youll be trained, supported and empowered to resolve every call in the best way possible.What are we looking forWere looking for someone who wants to be part of a team; people who are driven, focussed and keen to develop.
