Job Description

To achieve this, we employ exceptional people who are engaged and rewarded for the value they bring to the organisation and who are able to demonstrate our leading behavioursBe bold in what you do, be flexible and agile, and make a positive difference.We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Executive -responsible for all administration, data analysis, creating reports and trackingmarket trends for Flex-R.This role can be based at either our High Wycombe or Huddersfield office, but will support the entire UK business.We offer a great opportunity to build your career in a market leading business, along with a competitive salary and excellent benefitsthat include 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, car/allowance, a great pension, life insurance and a share save scheme.What does the role involveIn this newly created and very diverse role, the successful candidate will take on a wide variety of responsibilities including personal assistant/administration duties to support directors with the Flex-R business, data management & training with allsales, technical and internal teams,purchasing of group administration equipment,data analysis of reports/trends/sales,preparation of reporting data and information. Additional duties will also includethe rebatingof monthly accruals,assistingwith marketingrequirements (including mailshots, POS, merchandise, brochures, samples etc)andpricing management.No two days will be the same in this role, so we need an adaptable multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude for this position.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:

  • In depth experience of working with Microsoft Excel in order to provide data and analysis.
  • Experience including PA duties, general admin and spreadsheet management and reporting duties
  • High level experience of using and managing CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • An understanding of administration processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of understanding a wide range of products.
  • Experience of analysis of data.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Relevant industry experience would be advantageous.
