Job Description

Business Manager | Huddersfield | Salary + Benefits Package OTE £40-£50K + Uncapped BonusJoin us as a Business Manager Today!We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to oversee and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of exceptional customer service skills, extensive knowledge of the automotive trade, and a deep understanding of financeand regulatory requirements, particularly FCA regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth and success of our sales team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales team, including driving finance and add-on product performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly FCA regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
Business Manager Requirements:
  • Excellent managerial qualities and the ability to demonstrate success leading a sales team
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager in a main dealer or large independent dealer environment
  • Strong understanding of the retail finance market
  • Great knowledge off add-on products such as warranty and paint protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
