They have been trading for over 60 years and due to grow looking to add another Assistant Merchandiser to the team.DescriptionPrepare, process and follow purchase orders ensuring delivery within timeframe.Handling FOB and CNF deliveries through overseas suppliers, couriers and Customs.Monitoring purchase prices, carriage cost etc. continuously, ensuring the best prices are secured.Booking in deliveries and processing the data internally also highlighting discrepancies and damaged goods to the suppliers.Monitoring and reviewing sales on a regular basis, identifying the slow moving products and the bestsellers.Maintain effective communication with various suppliers and customers as well as other internal departments.Prepare and maintain various sales reports on weekly/monthly/yearly basis.Monitor inventory and manage customer allocations.Providing admin support to purchasing and inventory process.Producing regular reports and analysing data.Communicate with customers regarding availability, lead times, product spec, images etc.Maintain and update various data sheets including product spec, stock etc.ProfileComputer literate.Good with Excel - Including use of V-Lookup and Pivot.High level of commitment and initiative.Prepare to work under pressure.Great communication skills.Job OfferClose to transport linksFree ParkingFriendly Office teamAssistant Merchandiser -HomewareAssistant Merchandiser -HomewareAssistant Merchandiser -Homeware Required skills
