This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their design and project management skills and experience in a challenging and fast paced environment.Your main responsibilities and personal qualities required will include;Assist with feasibility studies and designs to professional standards to meet target datesAssist with developing designs through to planningThe ability to manage a demanding workload producing working drawingsPossess a good level of technical ability in all forms of construction alongside experience in Building and Planning regulations and proceduresWork closely with the in-house associated consultants and also external consultantsAs a qualified Technician, your skills and qualifications will include;Degree in Architectural TechnologyPreferably be MCIAT qualified, with a minimum ACIAT4 years post construction qualification experience desirableProficiency in Revit essentialExperience of AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop is highly desirableCompetent in other software packages inc Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
