Job Description

Apprenticeship Nursery Practitioner I am seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to become a permanent member of staff within a lovely, nurturing Private Day Nursery. After you have finished your course you will be a fully qualified Level 3 Practitioner!The client is looking for an individuals who want to strive to the best of their ability, has excellent observational and planning skills as well as an organised approach with a professional attitude always willing to learn. We are looking for a passionate,caring and friendly team member who has a passion for childrens learning and development to specialise in helping the clients ensure the daily routine of their nursery setting is being met whilst being part of a super friendly and warming team.The successful candidate will have experience working with children in an educational setting, or simply a huge passion for wanting to work with children. In addition, we are looking for a fun, enthusiastic individual who loves to get creative and can offervarious skills to the team.Duties:

  • To plan and prepare activities relating to childrens interests and abilities
  • To work closely as a team, with an emphasis on promoting partnerships with parents
  • To be a Key Workere to a certain amount of children helping them to flourish and learn everyday
  • To monitor and support children within the setting according to the EYO
  • To be a reflective practitioner having an input into quality improvement process
