Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Huddersfield are looking for experienced administrators for work with an immediate start at the University of Huddersfield.Full time role working hours: 37 hrs per week between 8-4, Monday to FridayPart time role working hours: 22.25 hrs per week-very flevxible-can be just mornings, just afternoons, schools hours or 3 full daysImmediate starts avaiable.Roles set to last til Friday 16th DecBoth roles are 100% campus-based, no home working.PURPOSE OF JOB: To provide full and responsive customer focussed support to students and colleagues in delivery of the administrative processes and procedures related to the student lifecycle and student, course and module administration.DUTIES:1. To manage and maintain taught student records and course/module information using appropriate systems, such as SITS (ASIS), Excel and SharePoint, to ensure information is accurate, reliable and updated in a timely manner, in accordance with Universityguidelines and procedures;2. To organise and deliver on key taught student lifecycle tasks and activities, for example: enrolment and induction, records administration, co-ordinating assessments, processing results and ensuring the effective operation of course assessment boards;3. To organise and/or support the delivery of School/University events, for example Graduation, public lectures or student engagement focussed activities, as required. This may occasionally require some flexibility in working hours;4. To provide responsive and customer focussed service in dealing with enquiries from and delivering activities for our students, ensuring they receive timely and relevant information and guidance on request or proactively provided to them during the academicyear;5. To work closely with academic and other professional services staff and other key stakeholders to ensure that they are given appropriate support and guidance, including the provision of data and other information on matters relating to students, modulesand courses to support compliance with University regulations and associated policies and proceduresFULL JD AVAILABLE
