Project Administrator/Co-ordinator - 23k to 25kKey Responsibilities & Duties:• Arrange for projects to be set up on SAP. Ensure that the following minimum information is entered: Customer (full address / contact details), Invoice Address, Order Number, Positions, Sub Positions, Sales Values, Cost Prices, End Date, Estimated Margin• Ensure that SAP entries are updated as required so that accurate information is held at all times.• Ensure that keys tasks are completed on time so that customer’s delivery deadlines are met.• Control costs at all times while undertaking your duties, to ensure that your team achieve or better the estimated margin for your projects.• Raise purchase orders in advance of supply and at target price or better• Ensure that your goods received notes are generated dailyKnowledge, Skills & Attributes:• Excellent organisational and administration skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.• Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion.• Excellent customer service experience with the desire to create and maintain customer satisfaction.• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients throughout projects.• Proficient IT user including use of MS Excel & Word.• Must be a proactive thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop ideas to deliver improvements.• Experienced using SAP (desirable not essential, as training will be given).• Two years’ office/administration experience.• Clean and Valid UK Driving Licence (desirable not essential).• Confident, with a high degree of personal motivation, happy to challenge and chase success.• Ability to remain organised, focused and multi task in an ever changing, fast paced environment.Benefits:• Salary range: £23,000 - £25,000.• 28 days’ holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).• Option of Salary Exchange for pension.• Able Futures - Mental Health Support Service• Free onsite parking.• Kitchen facilities.• Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
