You will have the flexibility of working from home with an expectation of coming into the office twice a week.Your New roleAs a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst you will minimise service disruption by providing support and maintenance of cloud based services and supporting systems through the ownership and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, performing routinemaintenance and by undertaking project work as required.You will perform proactive monitoring of supported systems in order to identify any potential issues and minimise any potential disruption to the business, document processes, procedures and review documents written by other team members, providing feedbackwhere required.What you need to be successfulI am looking for a proactive individual who has evident experience of providing Application support with a desire to learn and develop. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships. Experience of supportingE-commerce, Websites, SAP, is a must. If you have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Mulesoft, SAP Hybris Platform and Dynatrace, that will be great!What you will get in return
