Job Description

If you are looking to kick-start your career in 1st Line support - look no further.An exciting opportunity to join an award winning Managed Service Provider, based in Huddersfield. The successful candidate receive superb training from an experienced team of specialists.1st Line duties

  • Managing and supporting customers with a range of products including PSTN, ISDN, Hosted (VoiP) SIP trunk and Broadband services.
  • Put your technical troubleshooting skills to the test by diagnosing and resolving queries and faults.
  • Technical Support of fixed line, hosted, SIP and Broadband services
  • Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in an agreed SLA.
  • Supporting partners and customers with our portfolio propositions where applicable.
  • Updating internal systems.
  • Raising faults via telephone, email and the appropriate portals.
  • On-boarding new customers
  • Configuration of routers
  • Placing orders for hardware
  • Reporting network faults.
  • Notifying customers of planned maintenance.
  • Arranging engineers to attend customer sites.
