Their mission is to create and maintain an equal playing field for students and their futures. They are very ambitious in their goals which can be shown in their success of making thousands of relationships within the education sector. They are at the start of their journey and wanting a driven, ambitious and motivated individual to join their team to watch them grow.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience within managing client relationships within the education sector and with a highly consultative approach. This role enables you to work in tandem with their existing Partnership Manager to help you grow your own client base as well as maintaining pre-existing relationships.This is a company who truly values unlocking their diverse workforce allowing them to evolve, the company loves new ideas and be a part of the team gives you the opportunity to voice your opinions / ideas. Another fantastic benefit is that they offer you 28 days holiday, paid which also includes bank holidays.Responsibilities: Customer Success Manager-
  • Be responsible for growing their university partnerships and also support their existing partners for them to really enhance their profile
  • Handling your own client base and responsible for booking and conducting meetings with university staff to understand their needs, demonstrate the products offering and seek to close new business
  • Onboarding new partners, conducting regular check - in calls whilst also maintaining a high resubscription rate
  • Clear market knowledge of companies services
  • Raising awareness of companies mission and being passionate about their values
  • Competencies: Customer Success Manager-
  • Commercial knowledge in positioning market leading solutions
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills- written, person and via video call
  • Take lead in client facing opportunities, fulfilling clients expectations
  • Proven track record for finding and closing new business
  • Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts
