A global manufacturer of high-performing and sustainable insulation products for the construction industry based in Chiswick, is looking to recruit a Website and Digital Development Specialist. Working in the digital and communications marketing team. Thisis a great opportunity for experienced Digital Marketing specialist who are looking for a strategic, project-based position.Looking for a proactive, innovative, and user-focused Website and Digital Development Specialist with a passion for search marketing and delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX/UI design problems to help develop a market leading presence for thecompany across their suite of digital assets. This role is responsible for owning and delivering successful platform development and traffic acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on providing the best possible CX across our digital platforms and applications.You will also be responsible for managing all SEO and SEM activities, including web content strategy, link building, keyword strategy and PPC to increase our search rankings and maximise ROI.Key Result Areas:

• Develop and own clearly defined platform development and traffic acquisition roadmaps that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach companys strategic targets.
• Leverage new and innovative opportunities to position company as industry leader in the digital space
• Set benchmarks for projects, driving the analysis, formulating optimisation plans, and sharing results with senior-level management to inform decision making.
• Gather and consolidate user and competitor intelligence data into actionable items, reports, and presentations to inform future digital initiatives
• Demonstrate expertise in the companys CMS, and work with developers and group marketing to identify development opportunities and ensure the system has been configured to meet business needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of user profiles to help shape logical plans that deliver maximum ROI
• Keep up to date with industry best practices (both in construction and digital landscape)
• Strengthen communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and the wider business to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives, and expectations.
• Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
• Identify and manage agency relationships and evaluation performance.

Key skills and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
• 5+ years experience in a B2B digital marketing role
• Proficiency in the following:
  • UX and UI, SEO and SEM and PPC
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Project management, strategic planning and budget management
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have an eye for clean and artful web design as well as superior user interface design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
