Key Responsibilities: SEN Learning Support Assistant - HounslowAs an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
  • Work closely with students with various SEN needs, offering one-on-one support or small group sessions
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored approach to each students learning
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to students
Requirements: SEN Learning Support Assistant - Hounslow
  • To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
