We are currently looking for a German speaking Business Development Executive. Our client is a premier Business Process Outsourcing company, located in West London.About the role:The suitable candidate will manage a high volume sales-focused workload, meeting assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the team. The candidate will be selling products directly to businesses over the phone and handle international customers, offering prompt, accurate and courteous service. The new starter will secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as actively using listening skills is of a big importance for the role.The ideal candidate will have the following:*Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.*Experience in outbound/inbound telemarketing/sales or business development.*Excellent team player who is results oriented, resilient and self-motivated.*Experience of managing the clients through a full sales cycle.*Team leader experience.£26,000 p/a + commission starting at £4,000You MUST be able to LEGALLY work in the UK!Thank you for your interest.
