Job Description

Assistant Headteacher with Inclusion Lead - January A Good Primary School in Hounslow is recruiting for an Assistant Headteacher with Inclusion Lead duties to join them in January.This hold a long standing Good Ofsted rating and work hard to ensure the wellbeing of both staff and students.The role itself will consist of supporting the Leadership Team throughout the school, class responsibilities and undertaking an Inclusion Lead role.This is a full time, permanent position from January with Outer London Leadership Salaries.You, the successful candidate will:

  • have a track record of effective leadership at middle or senior management level
  • have ambitions for Headship for the future
  • understand the contribution of outstanding teaching and learning and high quality pastoral care to developing an excellent ethos and support for pupils
  • be willing to share all aspects of the leadership and management of the school in the pursuit of an excellent education for all our pupils
  • be an excellent classroom teacher
