Title: Telesales CoordinatorReporting directly to the Office ManagerObjectives of the job:To work on retaining existing accounts, reporting technical faults on behalf of customer, up selling on certain products and introducing new linesTo take customer orders and input them onto system Taking a high volume of incoming calls which include customer complaints, queries, orders etc, contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveriesKey Responsibilities:-To ensure high standards of customer services, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.-To have a clear and personable telephone manner.-Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service.-To promote the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products-To retain strong relationships with account managers, helping them in acquiring new business and assisting with their administration needs.-Building relationships with weekly telesales customers, being a regular point of contact-The ability to up sell certain products-Responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.-Plan calls and target GAPs in supply using relevant systems.Key Skills:Excellent Customer Service SkillsUse of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and recordsAbility to use the trinity systemGood team work skillsGood communication and relationship building skillsGood product knowledge40 Hours per weekSalary - 19-22K (Depending on Experience)Bonus - Paid on achieving Depot & individual TargetsWe are a 7 day a week operation and the role will require occasional weekend work (1 w/e in 6)Must have 2 years previous selling experience
