Job Description

We are recruiting for an Equity Release Advisor to join an award-winning Brokers based in Bolton. Due to business growth we are seeking a money motivated, experienced Advisor to join a busy and fun, growing team.You will be working for a marketing leading business that has been established for over 20 years. On offer is an excellent salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) with a fantastic OTE up £50,000. You must have proven experience working within equity release alongwith your CeMAP and CeRER qualificationOur client offers world class training for everyone joining business, plus there is lots of internal progression along with regular salary reviews and one of the best benefit packages in the industry.The Package for Equity Release Advisor:

Duties for the Equity Release Advisor:
  • Generating telephone appointments activity to achieve new business goals
  • Following up leads from potential customers to convert
  • Recommending the most suitable product, term and repayment method to suit the customers needs, priorities and circumstances within a regulatory environment
  • Completing extensive due diligence on commercial finance applications
  • Achieving set individual targets in a variety of areas and contribute towards the overall performance
  • Ensuring market, sector and regulatory knowledge is continuously developed and maintained
What we look for in an Equity Release Advisor:
  • We want to hear from you if you have experience as an Equity Release Advisor, Mortgage Advisor or similar experience within Financial Sales
  • CeMAP and CeRER qualification essential
  • Educated to GCSE level or more
  • Ambitious with the passion to succeed within a financial role
