Premex Services are looking to recruit a customer focused individual with a great work ethic, excellent administration skills and professional telephone manner, to join our team based in Bolton, Horwich.Our business is growing and we are looking to increase our team who specialise in complex claims working with nationwide Solicitors.What will I be doingYou will act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls. You will answer varied calls from our own medical experts to Solicitors and GP surgeries. Multi tasking in paramount to this role as you will be working in a fast paced environment. It will be your responsibility to assist the customer or redirect to the relative department or team.What we ask of you:- Customer service driven with a positive attitude towards work.- To have a professional and friendly telephone manner- To have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- To have a strong attention to detail, be confident in your ability to work alone and within a team environment.- Remain professional, even in challenging situations and be able to prioritise, whilst working to tight deadlines.- Be able to work on a solo basis as well as in a team- To be able to solve problemsExperience required:You must be confident, when using a computer and should be familiar with all Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel.You don’t need to worry about having any particular industry experience, however, if you do have knowledge and understanding, within the medical legal or personal injury industry – this is very advantageous. This role could suit an individual from the retail or hospitality sector with great customer services skills.Our office is open and operating within the required government guidelines – you will be based here for both your training period and thereafter.We are following strict social distance measures and have taken time to ensure our offices are a safe place to work.A data entry test is required as part of your application.Our interviews are currently, being held over video – therefore you will need to ensure, that you have access to a PC, tablet or mobile phone with a video camera on, if you are selected for interview.Additional information:
