REED Property & Construction have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Clients busy and professional team.The Company operate in a niche market and are a well established and award winning business. They specialise in the design, build and refurbishment of their Clients buildings as well as the supply and installation of specialist equipment and machinery.As a Project Manager you will of course be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Client from conception through to project completion, liaising with sales staff, design teams and managing both in house Engineers and external Contractors.You will look to keep a positive relationship with Clients and Contractors throughout each project, maintaining clear reporting and ensuringupdates on the project are given. You will manage project budgets, scheduling and maintain project records. It is essential that you monitor H&S on site ensuring all site operatives are working safely.Ideally you will have a strong technical background with a firm understanding and experience of building or Engineering, fit outs andrefurbishment work.You will be a strong communicator, happy to represent the Company in front of Clients and able to resolve issues as they arise.This a great opportunity to join an established business with an excellent reputation and pipeline of work.Please apply now!
