Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and confident customer service professional who is looking to join a successful team Confident with using the internet especially Ebay or Amazon. Are you an excellent multitasker Then take a look at the role that we are currently working on… this is a super opportunity for a customer service advisor who has strong IT skills.Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • Managing customer enquires that come in from Amazon and Ebay and all company website enquiries
  • Using the online chat to answer any website queries
  • Interpret customer requirements and assist the team with quotations for customers
  • Maintain and develop close relationships with customers
  • Process customer orders and maintain customer files
  • Answering any incoming calls and assisting with general enquiries
  • Assist the warehouse with any packaging of the products if and when required
  • Completing any additional paperwork and reports as and when required
    • Key skills:
  • A strong technical understanding of products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Thrive from a challenge and have a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Be outgoing and enthusiastic with the drive and passion to succeed
  • Ideally you will have a car due to potential travel
