  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the integrated development of each and every young person that lives and learns with us
  • Apply that critical and essential combination of theoretical knowledge and depth of experience to deliver life-changing communication strategies, that will remove any barriers for our young people
  • Have the additional privilege of leading, motivating and managing a team of Speech & Language Therapists every bit as dedicated as you are
  • Promote and enable Reflective Practice in your informal working relationships as well as when you chair and facilitate meetings
  • Take an active part in the recruitment of new Speech & Language Therapists to your team as well as identifying training and development needs for those within it
