Job Description

Are you someone that is confident, without arrogance, and that truly cares for doing the best for people Do you want to establish yourself within the Recruitment Sector Can you use your personality and communication style to quickly build rapport withpeopleIf so, Parker Franklyn is looking for an Apprentice/ Trainee Consultant for its business based in Wakefield.You will take part in a varied training programme to develop your knowledge and skill within the recruitment sector. Recruiting mainly within the insurance industry, you will build your profile and contacts whilst ongoing training and support is given.Your duties will include:

  • Ongoing online/ offline training using a World-Class Recruitment Training inspired programme.
  • Developing your sales and service delivery skills to ensure a consistently positive experience for your clients/ candidate.
  • Undertaking a background to Recruitment, as well as Professional Bodied Qualifications, where appropriate.
  • Working to stretching targets, which are constantly updated to fit your skill level and remuneration.
  • Going over and above to deliver a World-Class Service, including out of hours calls when required.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, are highly organised and able to manage a multitude of projects at one time without allowing your standards to slip. You will be creative and innovative to help the business develop, however understandthe need for core values/ beliefs to always work towards. You will have ideally no, or very little, experience within the recruitment sector, but a strong desire to work within the industry. You will be humble, loyal (proven in your career history to date)and driven to be the best you possible can be. Finally, you will be comfortable with joining a small business that will be going through significant change/ growth over of the next few years and have the mentality to help drive this.The role is based in our office located on the outskirts of Wakefield, this includes a Gym, Studio/ Wellness Centre with changing facilities onsite, with 24/7 access open to any employee free of charge, to help support positive health and wellbeing lifestyle.Also, there is an onsite caf with delicious food, free parking with EV Points, and a roof terrace, which weather permitting, you can work.
