Lynx always try to provide a high standard of staff thereforesuccessful candidates must be able to show pride and commitment to their work.We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the caretaking at Young Peoples Centres as well as the minor repairs and maintenance of the site.Successful candidates must have previous caretaking experience, as well as experience working with children, power tools and building repairs, and working and maintaining petrol mowers/grounds equipment. You must be able to work under pressure and to tightdeadlines both individually and in a team, and must be willing to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.Duties of the role include:
