Position: Customer Service AgentLocation: Hope Valley, DerbyshireJob type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £CompetitiveBenefits: A competitive remuneration package will be offered including pension and life assurance.Closing date for applications: 23rd February, 2020About the role:We are currently seeking a Customer Services Agent based at our Hope Office, Derbyshire.Working within a team in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer sales enquiries.Responsibilities:- Telephone and email contact to and from customers.- An adept and timely response to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient manner.- Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.- Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively.- Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.- Communicating effectively with commercial and production.- Proactively managing old age debt recovery.- An ability and desire to adapt cross functionally as and when required.- Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development.- Full compliance with Competition Act 1998.About you:Good verbal skills are essential and previous experience is desirable, along with a familiarity of the local geography.The Group places the highest importance on sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental management and you will be expected to contribute to the Company’s zero harm culture.You may have experience of the following: Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Call Centre Operative, Call Centre Advisor, Contact Centre Operative, Contact Centre Advisor, etc.Ref: 91604
