Job Description

Production Team Leader required.Dunkswell EX14 (Honiton area, Devon)Excellent rates of pay!Temporary to permanent.Shifts:06:00 - 16:00, 4 days per week, Monday - Friday on rota.38 hours per week plus overtimes available.Pay rates:

  • £12.55 per hour basic 38 hours
  • £25.10 per hour weekdays overtimes
  • £37.65 per hour Saturday overtimes.
Temporary to permanent.Duties:* Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.* Ensuring the final product meets client specifications.* Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on hourly/daily basis.* Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations.* Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.* To act as a role model for best practice.Requirements:* Youll collaborate with your team to identify issues or bottlenecks in production,* Were looking for someone whos fast thinking and smart, and can not only lead a team of Team Leaders, but learn from them too.* You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and be able to think on your feet to make the right decisions for our team.* A passion for innovation and problem solving* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.If youre a Team Leader looking to advance your career with a market leader in Food Production, then this is the role for you.
