With an established history and recent investment this is an exciting time to join the teamand be part of the continued success and growth.You will need to have a proven track record of technical product development, continuous improvement and a thorough understanding of theoretical and practical mechanical engineering.Your Responsibilities:Project and Product Management:* Development and continuous improvement of products, systems and services* Manage and coordinate individual projects and report on their success* Ensure products meet industry quality standards and exceed customer expectations* Product training across the businessQuality Control and Continuous Improvement:* Identify quality control improvement opportunities through customer feedback and data analysis.
