Our client is looking to hire a PMO Analyst - Reporting and On Demand to join our growing team.Salary / Perks / Benefits* £30k salary* Access to private GP and Mental Health services* 25 days annual leave + bank holidaysKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Process ownership for development and implementation of delivery wide reporting, presenting a single, unified status that accurately reflects all elements that provides our Situational Awareness and forms our Recognised Picture.* Established clarity of reporting requirements, ensure the adoption of the regular reporting drumbeat, providing input to regular delivery reviews whilst maintaining current status overview.* Ascertain and develop reporting and status requirements of internal customers and ensure the product provided by PMO is fit for purpose.* Distillation of Information from Data, focused on product customer thus enabling the building of Knowledge within and ensuring data informed and driven decision making.* Evaluation, development and implementation of automated data reporting and presentation tools.* Ensure all process developments include the requirement for communication of status, together with confidence and risk of forecast output as an integral part of their development* PMO lead Analyst for Construction activities, providing direct on priority of delivery and target profile.PERSON SPEC:* Ability to understand Fibre Delivery and business processes, driving evolution of business reports based on process derived metrics* Track record of development, implementation and refinement of by exception reporting to Mid Seniority and Senior levels, ability to distil and present clarity from complexity.* Experience with use of reporting tools and aptitude to develop this skillset* Experience in eliciting internal customers true requirements* Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills and the ability and emotional intelligence to build effective working relationships with a diverse internal customer and supplier base.* Ability to multitask and resilience to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment together with the agility to adapt to change to that will drive improvement and the insight to propose it.Ideal but Not Essential:* Experience of preparation and delivery of briefing material to mid and senior stakeholders* Understanding of the telecoms industry* Knowledge of Fibre Delivery and Construction methods* P3O Foundation, MSP Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar recognised project management qualification or experience within a Project Analyst/Coordinator or Programme Management Office Analyst/Coordinator role.* Proficient in use MS Office suite together with knowledge and experience of the use of project management software tools (MS Project as a minimum)If you have the experience required to fulfil this role then we would love to hear from you!King Recruit is committed to the selection, recruitment of the best people, basing judgments solely on suitability for the job.
