They have recently invested millions into their new site and arenow looking for a Graduate Chemist to join their successful team at an exciting time for the buisness.The role is based in Honiton & you will be involved in the receiving, processing and disposing of hazardous waste. The position is a varied role, assisting the other members of the team in general Treatment Plant operations.This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career where you will quickly become a valued member of the team with a company who will invest heavily in your training, development & long term progression.The role:

  • Testing & Sorting of waste materials
  • Maintaining Database & records
  • Completing paperwork for materials received / stored and dispatched
  • Shrink-wrapping, labelling and preparing of materials
  • Provide technical advice on chemicals to other departments as required
  • Monday - Friday days ( 40 hours)
The person
  • Degree in chemistry
  • Appetite for learning/developing/attending training courses
  • Driving licence & the ability to pass security clearance tests
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
