Drug and Alcohol WorkerBased: Honiton (with travel across East & Mid Devon)Hours: Full time, 35 hours per weekSalary: £18,685 to £23,230 per annum depending on experienceContract: PermanentWe’re looking for someone to join our team as a Drug and Alcohol Worker, providing support to our service users in East & Mid Devon. Drug and Alcohol Workers form part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering an integrated service by providing comprehensive and ongoing assessment, recovery planning, appropriate referral/linkage and support for substance misuse.Day to day duties will involve delivering a range of psychosocial interventions including strengths based assessment, and structured group and 1:1 work. You’ll be expected to liaise effectively with partnership agencies in order to ensure continuity of care, key working and access to appropriate services.This role is based within our East & Mid Devon team. East Devon is a land of villages and market towns, where the picturesque River Otter flows through the fields and woodlands to the sweeping coast of Lyme Bay, contrasting with the rolling hills and wild moorlands of Mid Devon.
