Do you want to work within a fast growing, dynamic, supportive, and fun companyWe have an exciting opportunity for a Wayleave Coordinator to join an established, friendly team in the Honiton area.You will assist with the creating, developing, documenting, and researching all aspects of the Wayleave processes from daily and weekly reports to support projects based in Devon, Dorset & Somerset. You will be responsible for liaising with estates surveyors,projects managers, stakeholders, land agents, legal representatives, and other industry professionals.Key Responsibilities* Working with the Wayleave Manager to ensure standardised documentation is used and negotiation with landlords is completed efficiently where necessary* Working closely with Wayleave Manager, construction, design, planning and sales team, ensuring all wayleaves are identified* Responsible for wayleave metrics in support of project builds or service delivery* Where applicable ownership of validating land or building ownership to ensure minimal issues* Monitoring a smooth end-to-end processAbout you* At least 2 years experience in an administrative setting* Project Co-Ordinator, Legal or construction experience desirable* A good coordinator that can take and execute clear instructions* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary / Perks / Benefits* £23 - £25k + additional discretionary bonus* Access to private GP and Mental Health services* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays* Contribution to RAC cover* Interested Apply today!King Recruit are committed to the selection, recruitment of the best people, basing judgements solely on suitability for the job.
