Telesales ExecutiveUp to £24,000 (DOE, poss negotiable) + Very High & Uncapped OTE We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Appointment Maker / Lead Generator for a position with a fast-growing company in North Lanarkshire. Previous experience of outbound B2B telesales and/or sales lead generation of Telecoms or CCTV / Alarm Securityproducts would be of particular interest, however we may also be able to consider people without this specific background providing that you have proven B2B New Business Development / Lead Generation experience in another sector coupled with a solid careerhistory.Your primary role would be to develop new sales opportunities and generate high quality leads and sales appointments for your field sales colleagues to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face their wide range of Security and Telecom products and solutions.You would be only responsible for this first stage of the sales process, and then its handed over to one of the highly experienced external sales consultants to then fully present to the customers and complete the sale.We are looking for someone who is hardworking and very sales and target driven, is used to making a high volume of outbound telesales calls, is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business and who has fantasticrapport building and listening skills.On top of your starting basic salary of up to £24,000 (depending on experience) there is also an incredible commission structure in place of 10% of sale profit to you - i.e., if your field sales colleague sells a deal where the profit is £10,000, your ownbonus payment from this would be £1000.
