The companyA well-established and respected vehicle adaption company with an admirable reputation.The roleThis exciting and challenging role reports to the CEO and is key to our client continuing to continue and further develop their market leading position.Bringing together the core systems and interfaces (SAP, Configurator Tools, CRM system etc), you will possess a solid background in ERP / SAP, leading the coordination and project management of system implementation of our new state of the art applications,system updates and alignment with group systems.You will lead and coordinate demand with SAP Key users and Business Process Owners and seek to improve performance, functionality and consistency of the SAP environment.You will be part of a group-wide IT steering / alignment team to ensure a beneficial & harmonized systems development.Management of our magic triangle: SAP - Configurator - CRM systems, working with key users to implement and maintain new systems.Support our digital team: prioritisation of activities and ensuring the successful interface of tools into our SAP platformResponsibilities and dutiesEnsure stable & solid IT / ERP operations and processes, reliable transactionsMaintenance and continuous development of our clients SAP ERP-environment and its modulesSupport the management in regarding definition of KPIs, reporting etc.Monitor ERP performance using relevant set of operational KPIsLead and coordinate demand with SAP Key users and Business Process OwnersDefine and establish best pratices, business process and SAP improvementsOrganize and ensure relevant training needs are coveredDefinition of system specifications when working with external consultantsCoordination of external consultants and leading SAP / IT projectsCoordination of new ideas / process and systems changesAbility to customize SAP system, modules and master dataABAP programming and report generation in SAPCreation of forms (SAPScript, SmartForms)The applicantAbility to manage projects and present status to appropriate stakeholdersStrong analytical skillsEager to learn and to understand business needsGreat organisational & planning skillsExcellent critical thinking, decisive & problem-solving mentalityA "hands-on" individual being results-drivenHas integrity, honesty & loyaltyQualificationsDegree in applied or computer sciences / engineering, or a related fieldDegree and/or knowledge in programming / codingSolid experience in at least one SAP module (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP) and willingness to acquire & cover the range of all modules used by our client.Basic knowledge in ABAP programmingSeveral years of experience as an IT specialist / expert or project manager role (in-house or consulting), preferably in mid-size/larger industrial or production company
