Our client based in Holmes Chapel Cheshire and are looking to recruit a Sales/Business Development Exec to join their sales team.The job would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years sales experience along with a vibrant ambitious spirit.Salary is dependent on experience and my client is fully prepared and willing to train, they have a relaxed inclusive team-based culture which is based on interpersonal team dynamics.The right candidate would need to live within commuting distance of Holmes Chapel although they are flexible about working from if it is compatible with the business needs.Job description Our client is a Precision Metals business based at their new manufacturing and distribution centre in Holmes Chapel.This is a key appointment in the expansion and development of the companys sales in both UK European and worldwide markets.Applicants will above all be initiative-taking self-starters who wish to thrive in an inclusive & collaborative team environment.Enthusiasm and ambition to work in a sales role in steel, stainless, aluminium, and non-ferrous is essential.Our client has a worldwide portfolio of agency representations which are at the core of their business. They also specialise in finding technical solutions to customers material problems often by sourcing and trading hard to find products.The successful candidate will be able demonstrate the imagination, creativity enterprising spirit and flexibility of approach necessary to maintain and open new accounts & maximise the profit from both agency selling and metal trading.Must have a full driving licenceAs part of the team, you will contribute to the formulation of budgets and targets and will benefit from the target-based team bonus schemeAs our client exports 40% of its sales value the successful candidate can expect foreign travel when circumstances permit, as well as some UK travel meeting clients and suppliers.The successful applicant will be joining a small team, but this key role will leave them well placed for increased responsibility and promotion as the company expands in both trading and manufacturing.
