Full Job DescriptionOur client is a pharmaceuticals manufacturer based in South Cheshire looking to add a Customer Service/Telesales Support Agent. Working with the sales team youll represent the company in a polite and efficient manner to deliver the best customer experienceto your territory base.Your responsibilities;* Process wholesale and pharmacy orders, via all communication channels. * Answer incoming customer calls and make outgoing customer calls when required* Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services* Process orders in line with our current processes and delivery cut off times, with a high level of accuracy.* Deal with queries or complaints in a timely manner * Check voice mails and communicate call backs without haste* Effectively handle complaints and liaise with customer service or line manager to resolve* Liaise with territory managers to provide an internal service to their client baseRequired skills;* Drive and energy; self-starter* Professional with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills* Ability to work with a range of people and cultures at all levels* Organised and structured thinking* Excellent time management* Customer-focused* Team-player* IT literacy* Have a strong understanding of electronic ordering to guide customers through the ordering process and ERX generation* FlexibilityEssential Qualifications;* Maths and English minimum GCSE qualification Desirable:* Product and industry knowledge* Previous experience in working in a pharmaceutical/aesthetic background* CRM system knowledge * Salesforce system knowledge* Product and industry knowledge* Decision making and problem-solving skills* Target drivenHours (40 between): Mon - Fri: 9.00am - 17.30Starting Salary: £21,000Starting Date: Immediate Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
