Job Description

Job Description- Location Sheffield- 25 hours a week- Part timeA small but successful family ran manufacturing and wholesale business are looking for a part time Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly team.

  • First point of call to all clients - responding via phone or email
  • Enter the sales orders - purchase order inputs via Sage.
  • Maintain Production Book including forward orders/Balances.
  • Produce delivery notes.
  • Produce invoices.
  • Produce customer labels for products.
  • Use the Amazon Vendor Central system would be an advantage.
  • Produce credits notes and report reason for issuing a credit note.
  • Book in the deliveries (either by email or phone).
  • Email carriers.
  • Organise transport requirements including quotations.
  • Maintain the Price File.
  • Maintain the Contract Pricing.
  • Co-ordination of contract prices.
  • Credit control.
  • General administration tasking and ad hoc duties where required.
