What youll be doing as a Recruitment ConsultantAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant requires you to research the market to give you the confidence to put candidates forward for the role. You will build relationships with the ambitious candidates you are dealing with, aiding them in finding the most suitableposition and negotiating with clients for the best outcome when closing the deal.Who you are
  • Recently graduated with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Ability to speak French or German (desirable but not necessary)
  • Some proven sales or work experience
  • Proven professional or personal achievement(s)
  • Resilience, drive and ambition
  • Sociable, confident communicator and well organised
  • Money motivated
  • True determination to succeed at the highest level within your career
