Argus benchmarks are used globally throughout the energy sector for formula pricing in contracts, as a taxation reference, in investment planning and for a variety of other purposes.Job PurposeAs we develop and grow our sales function globally, we are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to work closely with the Global Sales team to develop and produce an accurate overview of business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to Senior Sales Management. You will be responsible for all key sales metrics for the Global sales team and will maintain and generate recurring Key Performance Metrics such as bookings trends, pipeline coverage, opportunity win rates, lead conversion rates, average sales cycle, etc.This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the sales strategy for the business globally in a growing team. The Sales Operations team are a Centre of Excellence’ within Argus Media to drive sustainable sales outcomes.You must instinctively understand how to build trust and credibility internally with sales, and collaborate across our business in marketing, technology, Human Resources and Finance. You will be supporting the business by providing accurate and insightful management information reports - you will play a key role in developing and providing quality information that will drive future decisions of the business.
