At an exciting time of expansion, we are now looking to recruit a new Recruitment Team Leader to join our team of 5. We areflexible where you work, with a mixture of home-based and time at our central London office.Our Recruitment team specialise in providing full recruitment solutions to a wide variety of organisations across the not for profit sector, with particular focus on recruitment to core junior, middle and onwards to upper management positions. You will beleading a dynamic, established and ambitious team offering tailored and bespoke solutions that positively impact the sector. Individually excellent and collectively outstanding, the Recruitment team have collaboration to a fine art, with candidates and clientsat the forefront of all of the work they deliver. You will be responsible for continuing and evolving an efficient and effective 360-degree recruitment service that maintains this best in class reputation.To be considered, you will be an experienced recruitment professional, with knowledge of recruiting across the commercial, not-for-profit or associated sectors in either a recruitment agency or internal recruitment setting. For the team, the ethos is allabout relationship building and this post will play a pivotal role in generating new business and cultivating long term connectionsWith the ability to inspire and manage, you will thrive in supporting consultants at all levels to reach their true potential and representing your team to a wider organisation.This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful team that provides professional recruitment consultancy to the vital civil society sector and tread new ground in the future.Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact.
