What youll be doing as a Recruitment ConsultantRecruitment is primarily a sales role in which youll be placing top professionals into a wide variety of cutting-edge positions with exceptional potential for earning uncapped commission.Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Searching job databases and sourcing candidates
  • Attracting candidates to the role and managing applications
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Scanning CVs and calling potential candidates
  • Building your personal network
What you need to be a Recruitment Consultant
  • Graduated from University with a 2:2 or higher or a school leaver with 6+months of sales experience
  • Extremely motivated and financially driven
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Hard-working and resilient
