Job Description

Reed HR are working with an independentproduction company, based in London, they are well known and highly respected in their sector.They are currently recruiting for a HR manager on a part time basis, reporting to the CEO, you will be an effective HR Manager working closely with the management team to drive the hiring, development, retention and support of their employees.The role involves:

  • HR Strategy – developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Legal Compliance – ensuring legal compliance throughout the human resource management process
  • Recruitment – developing a recruitment and onboarding process that delivers and integrates the best hires into the business
  • Performance Review – evolving the performance review system to develop a high performance team culture
  • Pay Review – carrying out pay and benefit benchmarking and conducting annual pay reviews to retain our best talent
  • Training Review – carrying out regular training reviews to upskill on both hard and soft skills
  • Employee Relations – bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
  • Employee Engagement – supporting business needs through effective employee engagement programmes
  • Environment – cultivating a positive work environment through employee feedback
  • Decision Support – providing HR updates and insights to support business decision making across a range of issues
  • Other Tasks – being available for ad-hoc task to support the wider business
The ideal candidate:
  • 2:1 Degree or higher in relevant degree
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Proven experience working as an HR Manager or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Highly organised and efficient with workload management and prioritisation
  • Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
Please note this is a part time HR role, salary £50k pro rata + annual bonus ( equivalent of 20% of salary)
