Job Description

FP&A Analyst - Financial Services - Holborn (3 Days a Week) - £40,000-£45,000IN2 Consult is partnering with a rapidly growing financial services company who have doubled in size over the past couple of years havong gained significant funding, as a result they are looking to build out their finance function with the addition of aFP&A Analyst to support with budgeting and forecasting processes and engaging directly with senior stakeholdes from various departments to understand and work towards financial targets.Responsibilities:

  • Engage on a regular basis with stakeholders from across various business departments (Financial and Non-Financial Stakeholders)
  • Build financial models with in-depth analysis to aid with recommendations and key business decisions
  • Support with budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis on results
  • Help with process improvements and recommendations for new systems and tools to drive financial performance
  • Ad-hoc support across wider finance needs.
Requirements:
  • Must be strudying towards an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • 2+ years of experience working within an FP&A function
  • Strong communication skills - experience business partnering with stakeholders (Financial & Non-financial)
  • Highly proficient in with Excel (Strong Financial Modelling skills)
