Benefits include dynamic working, location flexibility and flexible holiday scheme.Can you plan, build and optimise CRM CampaignsDo you understand marketing and transactional communications across different channelsYour experience will include:Working across multiple channels, for B2C and B2B audiencesUnderstanding of B2B lifecycle and fulfilment campaignsExperience of creating and delivering messaging strategies across multiple channelsKnowledge of using Braze, Leanplum, Mapp. (Bonus if you know Pardot!)Well versed with CRM reporting and analytics to obtain actionable insights to inform CRM strategy and optimisationAnd experience managing a small teamThe role:Own and deliver data-driven CRM strategy for the B2C and B2B audienceOwn and deliver lifecycle, marketing and transactional communications across various channels including email, SMS and push notificationsCollaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM into wider marketing activitiesProvide consistent user experience across all CRM touchpointsRelay performance, data and strategies to the senior leadership teamWork within cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Analytics, Data Science and BI to deliver new CRM programsPlease register your interest by sending your CV.
