Job Description

Senior 3rd Line Applications Support Analyst needed to provide critical support across a range of business applications for this enterprise sized not for profit. This position offers the opportunity to manage critical applications through their lifecycle,ensuring operational excellence and driving IT projects forward.Your Role: Expertise and Impact

  • Senior-Level Application Support: Provide top-tier support for users across various business applications.
  • Change Management and Coordination: Assess and manage requests for change, liaising with system owners for clarity and execution.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Own the management of one or more critical business applications, coordinating upgrades and maintaining day-to-day relationships with business owners and software suppliers.
  • Complex Troubleshooting: Address challenging incidents and service requests through appropriate channels.
  • Proactive Service Desk Management: Monitor and manage ticket queues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Lead IT Projects: Take charge of IT projects and application upgrades within your area of responsibility.
  • Support Operational Transition: Aid in transitioning bespoke developments and commercial software applications into operational support.
We Seek: Passion and Proficiency
  • Background in Application Support and Development: Preferably with experience in housing systems.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to engage various stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Comfortable managing small projects and driving service improvements.
  • SQL and Data Analysis Expertise: Ability to work independently
  • Proactive and Autonomous: Confident in taking ownership and prioritising workload.
