Job Description

The 2nd Line Support position is a customer centred role focussing on integrations between Reed.co.uk and third-party recruitment software.Providing high quality operational and 2nd line application support on internally developed integrations, the 2nd Line Support will assist internal business functions by understanding how integrations support a positive customer experience and will provideinput in the implementation, back-up and roll-back plans.Sat within our Customer Engagement Division, the 2nd Line Support role is offered on a Hybrid working model, with our office situated in Holborn, London.Key Responsibilities of a 2nd Line Support

  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Develop, launch and maintain interaction applications across third party software
  • Interact with internal and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Support new releases of integrations into production
Skills and Experience of 2nd Line Support
  • Experience of working with an API integrations
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of issue management tools
  • Experience in following technical processes
  • Excellent investigative skills
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
